Job Responsibilities
Responsibility on global accounting system.
Executing month-end close processes of the parent company and global subsidiaries, including accruals, analytics, and notes preparation.
Analyzing the financial results while monitoring the budget vs. actuals and cash flows.
Preparing annual and quarterly consolidated US GAAP financial statements and tax reports.
Working with the external auditors as part of the audits and reviews.
Working closely with customers, analyzing contracts, performing collection, etc.
Supporting multiple ad-hoc automation and process improvements.

Requirements:
CPA, big 4. (High tech industry experience, audit background a plus)
At least 5 years experience. Advantage to experience as Assistant Controller/ Controller
Recently qualified experience, with a mix of public accounting & public and/or private company experience.
Great Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with Priority - an advantage.
Great attention to detail, versatile, and hands-on with a high level of accountability.
Passion for working with systems and data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Ambitious and dedicated team player with great interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (both spoken and written).
