CRM Administrator

As part of our Sales Operations group, you'll join a team that keeps commercial and customer-facing engine running, owning the CRM platform that connects Sales, Legal, Finance, R&D, and our global customer base. This is a hands-on administration role centered on Salesforce implementation which serves as the backbone of our sales pipeline, customer support chain, deliverables distribution, licensing, and customer community portal. You'll work closely with Sales managers and cross-functional teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and incrementally extend a system that directly impacts customer experience and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Salesforce implementation and CRM related systems.

Own the deployment and adoption of AI tools across the Sales organization.

Own CRM enhancements - end to end solution design, from gathering and understanding the requirements, through writing a detailed design, and all the way to implementation.

Support and monitor integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including Azure DevOps (TFS), Azure Blob Storage, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and custom external applications interacting with Salesforce.

Respond to internal user requests and act as first-line support for Salesforce-related questions from the Sales, technical support, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
