Project Manager & Application Systems Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager & Application Systems Analyst to join our team. This role combines end-to-end project management with deep analytical capabilities, focusing on delivering high-quality application solutions. The ideal candidate comes from a software background and is comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage application-related projects from initiation to delivery
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholders
Coordinate between business units, product managers, and engineering teams
Support testing processes (UAT, system testing) and ensure quality delivery
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
Drive process optimization and efficiency through technology solutions

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Systems Analyst
Strong background in software development environments (preferred)
Proven experience working on application/system implementations
Ability to understand technical architecture and system integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience writing clear functional and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
