Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage digital transformation and ICT projects from initiation through to deployment and review.
Coordinate project planning, implementation, testing, and delivery activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, scope, and quality requirements.
Oversee project governance, supplier performance, contractual obligations, and risk management.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of digital services, systems, and processes.
Ensure compliance with ICT standards, information security requirements, and organisational policies.

Key Requirements

Qualification in ICT, Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing & Management, or a related field.
Experience in digital project management, ICT systems implementation, software development, business analysis, or digital transformation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in both Maltese and English.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
