In this position you will build, lead and grow the teams with whom you design and deliver new high-end capabilities along with improving existing ones. - Create, manage, and grow the R&D teams and procedures o Recruitment, training etc’ o Working with offshore, freelancers and internal teams o Improving development processes like estimations and measurements - Lead product architecture, technologies, and delivery solutions o Design solutions for new capabilities while maintaining and improving existing o Create work plans, monitor, and manage budget o Define and implement technology road map o Responsible for platform up-time, architecture, and scale - Work alongside with product management, pedagogy, and customer success o Understand business values and translate them into deliveries o Response quicky to updated requirements from customers Professional Skills - 4+ years of experience in leading agile cross functional team developing SaaS solutions - 6+ years of experience with web applications development for Microsoft environments, working with the following technologies: o C#, .Net, Web APIs o HTML, Javascript, Angular 4 and up o MSSQL - Experience in working with cloud-based environments and Azure specifically - Experience in working with distributed teams - Experience in system analysis and architecture - Excellent English - Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details - Ability to work with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively - Ability to communicate complex messages clearly and simply, good technological documentation skills - Team player with great interpersonal skills - BSc Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
