Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us spread the power by identifying and attracting top talent. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone whos truly passionate about recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full hiring life cycle.
Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies that align with our best practices and the organizations needs.
Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech or startup company.
Experience creating and implementing sourcing strategies for technical roles.
Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
Preferred Qualifications:
A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative.
