Serve as the technical focal point for PCB and PCBA manufacturing technologies.
Work closely with the R amp;D and Lead DFM, DFA, reviews for new and existing products.
Support NPI activities and production transfer to manufacturing sites.
Review PCB stack-ups, materials, fabrication drawings, Gerber data, and manufacturing
documentation.
Work closely with PCB and PCBA suppliers to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize yield.
Support engineering changes (ECO/ECR) and product lifecycle activities.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production and field failures.
Review and approve manufacturing documentation including INFO files, EQ files, specifications,
and work instructions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and manufacturability.
Support incoming quality requirements and supplier qualification activities.

Requirements:
in Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies.
Deep understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-6012, IPC-2221, etc.).
Experience working with PCB design tools and manufacturing validation tools (Valor, PCBflow,
BluePrint, Altium, OrCAD, etc.).
Strong understanding of electronic components and manufacturing constraints.
Experience with supplier management and contract manufacturers.
Ability to analyze manufacturing defects and lead corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a global matrix organization.
Advantages

Familiarity with compliance and certification requirements.
