Engineering Lead, easyplant

Were looking for an engineering leader who is both hands-on and product-driven. Someone who thrives on ownership, loves the ambiguity of building something new, and wants to shape systems that create delight at scale.
You will lead the next chapter of easyplants tech evolution. This includes launching our next-generation product, easyplant 2.0 - a fully electronic, sensor-powered version of the self-watering system. easyplant 2.0 will give customers precise insight into water levels, light exposure, and humidity. Its a true IoT product, blending mobile software with embedded hardware, firmware, and real-time data.
Youll also lead the rebuild of our mobile experience, architect internal tools that support global fulfillment, and enable a network of manufacturing sites with no developers on site.

You will help build fulfillment systems that operate globally, adapt to complexity, and require zero engineers on site
You will work directly with product, operations, design, marketing, and data to solve high-leverage challenges with speed and creativity.
