Product Designer

Were looking for an experienced Product Designer with strong craft, a data-driven instinct, and a genuine curiosity for how things work. This is an end-to-end role from discovery to delivery, on a product that handles peoples money and trust.

Why this role is different:
Youre joining a design team that is genuinely rethinking how it works with AI, and already putting it into practice.
Youll work in a real feedback culture with short loops between design, product, and leadership. A manager who runs 1:1s focused on your growth and expects you to drive it yourself.

Responsibilities
Lead the full design process: discovery, research, prototyping, testing, final design.
Use AI tools actively across your work, research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow automation. Build on what exists and bring new approaches to the team.
Help shape AI-driven product features in a super-app that is actively integrating AI into the user experience.
Conduct hands-on research: user interviews, usability tests, digging into data and analytics.
Contribute to and help evolve the design system shared across Viber products.
Stay connected to the bigger picture, how design decisions tie into product KPIs and business outcomes.
