Senior Marketing Designer

We're a rapidly growing, dynamic company pushing the boundaries of what's possible, empowering businesses with intelligent and intuitive tools. We are seeking a highly talented and creatively driven Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Studio within the Growth Group, reporting directly to the Head of Design.

What You'll Do:

Lead design for conversion funnels, collaborating closely with the CRO team and marketing managers to optimize landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences. This includes applying advanced UX principles, A/B testing insights, and mobile-first design thinking to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Design and deliver a high volume of digital static ads weekly for various performance marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compelling visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide creative design support to the video team, especially for motion graphics and animated assets, helping conceptualize and develop visually compelling elements for video content.
Uphold and evolve Navan's brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and elevating our brand perception.
Leverage market research and stay current with AI trends and design best practices to bring innovative ideas and concepts to life.
Create mockups and prototypes in Figma to visualize design ideas, facilitate feedback, and ensure optimal user experience.
