Required Technical Account Manager
What you'll do
Run the technical onboarding for new clients: scoping integrations, sequencing the migration plan, and keeping every stakeholder informed through go-live.
Become the single technical point of contact for your portfolio. Operators, affiliate managers, and engineering leads on the client side should all know who to call.
Lead the technical conversations around new platform capabilities, integration changes, and migration decisions.
Partner with Integration Engineering to translate client requirements into product priorities, and vice versa.
Maintain the technical context for each client so any handoff inside is fast and accurate.

Requirements:
What we're looking for
4+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer role at a B2B SaaS, fintech, iGaming, or affiliate-marketing company.
Comfort discussing APIs, webhooks, server-to-server postbacks, and reporting integrations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English. Calm, structured under pressure.
A genuine interest in how regulated industries actually run their operations.
Nice to have
Domain experience in iGaming affiliate management, IB partnerships, or regulated trading platforms (MT4, MT5, multi-asset servers).
Familiarity with NGR calculation models, multi-brand operator structures, or compliance reporting requirements (UKGC, MGA, AGCO, equivalent).
SQL fluency and comfort with data-driven account reviews.
