About the Role
our company's AI division, delivers AI and software transformation services to leading enterprises in Israel. Backed by our company's team of over 250 professionals, we approach every engagement with high standards, commitment, and agility. We're looking for a senior, client-facing Software Architect to drive digital-transformation programs for major enterprise clients, including financial institutions. In this role, you'll translate business requirements into technical specifications, direct legacy-to-modern migrations, design scalable target architectures for the AI era, help clients modernize their engineering practices, and guide their R&D teams through implementation.
What You'll Do
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for enterprise-scale programs.
Direct legacy-to-modern migrations for major clients, including financial institutions.
Design scalable target architectures built for the AI era.
Help clients modernize their engineering practices and R&D processes.
Guide client R&D teams through implementation as a hands-on technical partner.

Requirements:
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Software/Solution Architect with a senior-developer background - still hands-on in design and code.
Deep, hands-on involvement in legacy-to-modern migrations or large-scale system integrations that reached production.
Experience designing modern cloud architectures - microservices and event-driven systems (Kubernetes/Kafka - Advantage).
Experience working with large enterprise organizations, with a strategic, people-oriented approach to shaping architectural initiatives (financial sector - Advantage).
Excellent communication skills.
Experience delivering AI/LLM-based systems - Advantage.
