We are looking for an E-commerce Content Quality Lead to oversee content quality, compliance, and editorial standards across our affiliate commerce activity.
The role combines policy expertise with a strong editorial eye. It is responsible not only for identifying risks and approving content, but also for ensuring that all of our content materials align with each clients brand voice, audience, and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate can balance client expectations, platform policies, user trust, operational needs, and business performance, while making practical decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Key Responsibilities
Review content, campaigns, landing pages, user flow, and messaging.
Ensure compliance with client, merchant, and advertising platform requirements.
Evaluate content for accuracy, editorial quality, credibility, and brand alignment.
Identify content that may be technically compliant but off-brand, unclear, overly aggressive, or unsuitable for the target audience.
Provide clear and practical guidance to content, creative, commercial, and operations teams.
Lead policy and quality processes during major sales events and high-volume periods.
Translate policy and client updates into actionable internal guidelines.
Manage and train freelance QA reviewers.
Implement and improve AI-assisted QA and content-review tools.
Handle escalations and make balanced decisions when commercial, editorial, and compliance considerations conflict.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
