We are looking for a talented Data Operations student to join our Data team!
In this role, you will play a vital role in monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for flagging and solving incidents, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Partner teams
The role includes, 2-3 shifts a week, including nights shifts & weekends.
Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance and operations to ensure they meet performance and availability standards.
Flag and solve urgent incidents, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Partner teams to address operational issues and improve processes.
Implement monitoring-related processes, such as on-Call playbooks and reports, to ensure consistency of service level and ensure SLAs are met.
Prepare and provide regular status updates and reports on system performance and incident management.

Availability for 2-3 shifts per week, mainly nights and weekends.
High proficiency in English - both spoken and written.
Currently pursuing a technical Bachelors degree (2nd/3rd year) in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with approximately 3 semesters remaining.
High proficiency in English - both spoken and written - must.
Proficiency in SQL; ability to write complex queries is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
ability to use AI tools to independently investigate issues, find solutions, and optimize workflows.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly in urgent situations.
Experience with any of the following is advantage: Python scripting and Git, Logs and Monitoring systems.
Availability for 2-3 shifts per week, mainly nights and weekends.
High proficiency in English - both spoken and written.
