Media Solutions Manager (1year mat leave replacement)

We're looking for a Media Solutions Manager to join our Data team on a 1-year contract, covering a maternity leave.
In this role, you will work closely with internal technical teams and the Client Partner (who owns the client relationship), focusing on campaign execution, testing, and performance optimization. The Media Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving success by powerfully showcasing the impact and value of our business. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (especially Google Ads), who is eager to deepen their expertise in campaign management and growth experimentation.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and monitor the process of adopting new signaling strategy (based on predictive values) in paid media ad accounts (primarily Google Ads), while ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
Analyze campaigns data and surface insights to inform optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and the Client Partner to implement media strategies and testing plans.
Support the design, launch, and measurement experiments across different testing methodologies, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creatives.
Help maintain and improve internal processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for campaign tracking and performance.
Stay up to date with platform changes and support the broader team with the implementation of best practices.
