We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist to support and manage our partners (restaurants and markets) by ensuring timely updates, high data accuracy, and a consistent level of service. This role is critical in keeping partners active, up-to-date, and fully aligned with operational standards.
What Will You Do
Review and manage incoming partner requests across digital service channels.
Proactively reach to partners when updates or actions are needed.
Prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and operational needs.
Apply changes in internal systems based on partner feedback.
Ensure all updates are accurate and aligned with company standards.
Maintain high accountability on all assigned tasks.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience with CRM/tools - advantage.
Languages: Fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, and English.
