Senior Business Development Associate

Join us as a Senior Business Development Associate ! As a key member of our Marketing & Partnerships team, you will play a central role in identifying, initiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive our business forward. We are looking for someone who is data-driven yet creative, able to turn ambitious projects into reality.

What Will You Do
Partner Network Development: Identify, initiate, and establish new strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with the company's overall business objectives
Relationship Management: Maintain and support existing relationships with strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and cooperation
Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical data
Track and analyze partnership performance; identify and implement improvements
Build professional relationships with senior managers
Generate new business development initiatives and maintain a commercial pipeline
Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate partnership initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of strategic partners campaigns, from pre-sale research to campaign launch and optimization
