Marketing Designer

We are looking for a creative, ambitious marketing designer to join our team. In this role, you will combine artistic skills with marketing insights to design high-performing creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will play a key role in translating data and trends into visual assets that stop the scroll and convert.

What Will You Do
Design High-Impact Ads: Create static banners, GIFs, and video creatives for large-scale UA campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
Video Creation: Edit and produce engaging short-form video content (UGC style, motion graphics, trends).
Support Growth & Retention: Design on-brand assets for the user journey, including in-app pop-ups, email visuals, and landing pages.
Iterate & Optimize: Collaborate with the performance team to analyze creative data and produce rapid variations of winning concepts.
Concept & Brainstorm: Bring fresh ideas to the table! research industry trends, competitors, and new visual hooks to constantly improve our creative strategy.
