Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between marketing and product. In this role, you will own the critical phase between user acquisition and the first purchase, optimizing the user journey to maximize activation and revenue. You will work cross-functionally to determine our offer strategy, architect conversion flows, and measure the ROI of our incentives.

What Will You Do
Analyze and improve the user funnel from registration to first purchase (CRO).
Architect and lead automated conversion journeys: Design the logic and flows for In-App, Push, and Email sequences (leveraging tools like Braze/CleverTap) to guide users toward their first purchase.
Design and manage the strategy for new user incentives (coupons, discounts, ect).
Define the messaging strategy within the app (pop-ups, banners, micro-copy) to nudge users toward action.
Lead a high-velocity A/B testing roadmap on pricing, messaging, and user flows.
Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to implement growth drivers and measure impact.
