Senior Product Manager-Fintech

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fintech to lead financial products, payment experiences, cash management flows, and financial operations tools across the ecosystem, with a clear mission: enabling heavy cash users to access the same digital benefits, marketplaces, and financial convenience that are usually available only to digitally paying customers.

What Will You Do
Understand financial ecosystem, including payments, cash management, settlements, and operations.
Act as the primary go-to person, providing strategic direction and clarity on fintech and financial product domains across the organization.
Define and execute the fintech product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve payment reliability, financial accuracy, compliance, and scalability while providing digital access for cash-first users.
Lead new Fintech and cash management solutions, ensuring secure financial flows across payments and settlements.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable systems, automated controls, and clear dashboards to monitor KPIs and efficiencies.
Create clear documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption and ensure financial products remain auditable and aligned with internal stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with Fraud and Security teams to ensure system integrity.
