Field Installation engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Field Installation engineer to join our team and play a key role in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and validating our advanced railway vision systems in Israel and abroad.
This is a unique position that combines field engineering, system integration, troubleshooting, and support for R&D validation activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and R&D Engineers, ensuring our systems perform reliably in real-world railway environments.
Important to Know: This is a hands-on field Installation engineering role, primarily based in railway environments across Israel and at customer sites worldwide. The role requires comfort with outdoor work, heights, and active railway environments, as well as a hands-on approach to solving technical problems on site.
Responsibilities:
Install, integrate, and commission our systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on deployed systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, and communication issues in the field.
Execute field validation and testing activities for the R&D team.
Collect logs, analyze system behavior, and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams.
Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with internal technical teams.
Support customer demonstrations, pilots, and acceptance tests.
Prepare technical reports and document field activities.
Travel domestically and internationally to support installations, testing, and customer projects.
