Join Maytronics as a Technical Product Manager - Product Performance and play a key role in enhancing our product offerings by ensuring top-notch performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and deliver outstanding value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement performance enhancements.
Conduct market research to understand product performance benchmarks.
Develop and manage performance testing strategies.
Coordinate with customer support to address performance-related issues.
Create detailed reports on product performance for stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics analysis.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
