We are looking for a talented Controller to join our Finance team. This role includes managing accounting, taxation and payroll across several subsidiaries, overseeing regulatory and financial reporting and assistance in preparing budgets and forecasts.
As a Controller you will be reporting to the CFO and be part of a team that is responsible for the finance, accounting, and reporting activities for the company.
This is a full-time, Israel-based, 9-Month Temporary Position, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for all day-to-day financial activities of Upstreams subsidiaries.
Responsible for the payroll process in several subsidiaries
Responsibility for the monthly and annual closing process of Upstreams subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP.
Oversee and review all bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate and compliant financial records.
Assist with various ad-hoc financial tasks and projects.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams.

CPA with 2+ years of experience in outsourced finance / CFO services firm.
Experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms or a leading supporting high-tech and startup companies is a plus.
High level of Excel
Experience in NetSuite
Excellent English
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve finance processes, analysis, reporting, or operational efficiency
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations
Expertise in international taxation is a plus
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of Integrity, precision, and accuracy
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
