Founding Designer

This is a broad, hands-on design role.

Youll work directly with the founders and take ownership of how Apptor looks and feels across product, marketing, sales, and client-facing work.

Today, much of this is handled by the product and engineering team. Were looking for someone who can bring consistency, quality, and a clear design language across everything we build.

Theres no established design system or heavy process yet, so youll have a lot of influence over how the design function develops.

Responsibilities
Product - Design our platform and client-facing dashboards, from user flows through final UI.
Client deliverables - Create email templates and campaign creatives for enterprise brands, including production-ready HTML where needed.
Brand & commercial - Design pitch decks, one-pagers, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.
Website - Own the design and implementation of our website using Framer, Webflow, or code.
Design system - Build and maintain a consistent visual language across product and brand.
