Product Analyst

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Analyst to join us at a pivotal stage of growth, where data drives every product and strategic decision we make.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing B2C market leader and shape how we understand our users, funnels, and business performance.
You'll work closely with the company's leadership and Product team, turning complex questions into clear insights, and insights into meaningful product decisions.
Your main focus will be driving the metrics that matter most to us: improving retention, increasing subscription conversion, and scaling our acquisition engines, while building the analytical foundation that enables to grow with confidence.
What You'll Do:
Partner directly with company leadership to drive strategic and product decisions through data
Turn business questions into clear analyses, actionable recommendations, and product insights
Bring a strong product mindset to every analysis, focusing on turning insights into clear next steps
Define, monitor, and own the KPIs that matter most across the user journey.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve retention, increase subscription conversion, and scale our acquisition funnels
Own and develop analytics infrastructure across BigQuery, Looker, and Data Studio, from raw data to executive-ready dashboards
Build and integrate AI-powered tools into day-to-day analysis workflows
