Legal Counsel

We're looking for a business-minded, hands-on Legal Counsel to join legal team.
You will take ownership of the company's day-to-day legal work, supporting commercial agreements, marketing activities, consumer regulation, privacy, new products and ongoing business operations.
You will work closely with Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Product, Technology and external legal advisors.
This is a role with broad responsibility, ideal for someone who thinks practically, moves quickly, and wants to be involved in building legal processes that support the company's growth.

🏠 Full-time position with an on-site work model
What you'll do:
Provide ongoing legal support across business activities, including small claims
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers, partners and leading companies
Draft terms and conditions, privacy policies and other legal documents for new products and services
Build internal legal processes, agreement templates and legal automations
Provide legal advice to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Manage privacy, data protection and consumer regulation matters
Support product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, competitions and customer clubs
Work closely with external law firms, regulators and professional advisors
Use advanced AI tools to improve and streamline legal work
