Operations Analyst

Were looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team , a fast-paced travel-tech startup transforming the way the travel industry operates through cutting-edge technology.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and are continuously optimized. Youll work closely on our flag product, taking ownership of daily operations, data integrity, and customer health. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence.
This role is perfect for someone analytical, curious, and passionate about making an impact across multiple domains of the business. The position is based in Tel Aviv and Rehovot.
What You'll Do:
Monitor and maintain daily operations of our flagship product, ensuring all data-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Conduct customer and data investigations to uncover insights, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Perform customer health checks and develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
Implement standards and workflows to streamline operations and support company scale-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product flows and resolve operational challenges creatively.
Provide reports on operational performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Contribute to data structure integration and maintain high-quality data standards.
