Legal Counsel

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to drive our legal efforts and provide comprehensive legal support across the organization - drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, supporting employment-related matters, and providing practical legal guidance on a wide range of business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial law, excellent English communication skills, and a proactive, business-oriented legal approach.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, partnership/referral/consulting agreements, NDAs, and GDPR-related documentation
Provide ongoing legal support to Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on day-to-day legal matters and contract-related issues
Assist in maintaining and improving privacy and data protection compliance practices in line with global regulations
Support employment-related legal matters and assist in drafting HR-related documents and policies
Provide practical legal guidance on corporate and business matters as needed
Work closely with the Legal Lead and external counsel to support company-wide legal initiatives
Identify legal risks and support the development of practical, business-oriented solutions
Conduct legal research and stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments
