We are looking for an experienced VP Finance to join a growing pharmaceutical company and take a key leadership role in its financial strategy and operations.
The VP Finance will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team and will be responsible for the companys financial planning, reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the companys finance function and financial strategy
Own budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, controls, and compliance
Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making
Partner closely with the CEO, executive management team, and Board
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial partners
Develop financial processes, controls, and infrastruc

Requirements:
CPA - Mandatory
Significant senior finance leadership experience as a VP Finance, Finance Director, or CFO
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or food production industry - Mandatory!.
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management
Excellent understanding of accounting, financial controls, and compliance
Strong commercial and business orientation
Experience supporting a growing or international organization - an advantage
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
