Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Assurance across the hardware development lifecycle for radar systems
Ensure quality from design through verification and pre-production
Develop and execute quality plans for hardware development projects
Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and PRR
Define and track quality KPIs
Conduct FMEA for RF, power, thermal, structural, and integration elements
Support verification, reliability, and environmental testing
Approve TEST plans and reports
Manage change control and traceability
Support AS9100 and MIL- STD compliance
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-function
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of quality engineering experience in complex hardware environments
Experience in AS9100-regulated development
Familiarity with FMEA, Six Sigma, and APQP/PPAP
Ability to analyze schematics, drawings, TEST data, and failure reports
Experience in radar, aerospace, defense, or automotive is an advantage
Added Advantage
CQE certification
Knowledge of environmental and reliability testing
Familiarity with DFM/A, ICT, and AOI
