Art Operations Specialist

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're looking for a talented art operations specialist to join our amazing art team.

You will be responsible for managing the pipeline of any art related task coming in from different departments of the company, working alongside the company’s CCO, SAD and art directors.

We are looking for a team player who has the ability to see the big picture while maintaining grip of all the small details that are crucial to our process, understanding the need and finding the best practice to see it through. Someone passionate about seeing great ideas come to life.

Responsibilities
Manage the art process of all art tasks of the company (content, monetization, marketing etc.)
Manage the day to day operation needs of each task.
Be the “go-to” person for all departments regarding any art related need (product, monetization, HR, etc.)
Work with multiple team members on different tasks to ensure meeting deadlines.
Be in charge of the art team’s gantt and archive process.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Producer / Project Manager.
A passionate people-person.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to details.
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership of projects.
Experience with excel and Google tools.
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
Experience with Monday - Advantage
