Engagement Operations Specialist

The role includes:
*  Conducting initial research on companies, completing questionnaires, and preparing various documents for engagement risk analysis and presenting them to firm management
* Preparing engagement letters with firm clients
* Full responsibility for completing engagement processes with firm partners
* Issuing invoices, distributing them to clients, and managing collections
* Monitoring and controlling payments to suppliers
* Preparing various financial reports
* Ongoing communication with our teams abroad
* Building annual service forecasts and budget planning
* Documenting information in the CRM system
