Head of Marketing

We're looking for a highly hands-on, AI-oriented Head of Marketing who will own the end-to-end GTM strategy while directly orchestrating campaigns, generating enterprise pipelines, and positioning our company as a category leader. You will lead an agile core team (Design, Content, SEO) while staying close to the work balancing high-level strategic direction with daily execution.
What Youll Do
GTM & Growth Strategy: Own and execute the global GTM strategy to drive scalable, data-driven enterprise pipeline growth.
Demand Gen & ABM: Build, launch, and optimize targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound, and outbound programs for enterprise clients.
Digital & Content Performance: Own digital growth across SEO, GEO, website conversion, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
Marketing Ops & Automation: Manage our HubSpot stack, marketing automation workflows, email nurturing campaigns, and performance analytics.
Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales to create high-impact enablement assets, including case studies, pitch decks, and customer success stories.
Brand & Thought Leadership: Increase brand authority through webinars, PR, industry events, analyst relations, and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
AI Integration: Actively apply AI tools to accelerate content generation, market research, workflow automation, and performance reporting.
KPIs & Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, measuring clear KPIs including marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, ROI, and conversion metrics.
