Growth Product Marketing Manager

This role is for someone with a creative mindset and a bias for experimentation - comfortable challenging assumptions, moving fast, and learning in public.
Our office is located in Kiryat Ono.
This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation, optimization, and personalization of funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale
Understand customer behavior and pain points, leveraging data, user research, and experimentation to uncover opportunities
Generate hypotheses, design experiments, and run continuous A/B tests, using insights to drive iterative improvements
Monitor and analyze key business metrics, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives
Work closely with the Acquisition team to optimize user acquisition strategies and integrate them seamlessly into growth funnels and product experiences
Challenge assumptions and rethink the status quo, pushing for bold, creative approaches to monetization and funnel architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, R&D, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to align strategies and deliver measurable business impact
