Join a dynamic team representing global brands in the beauty and skincare industry!

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to drive our local marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, and deliver outstanding business results.

Your role will include:
Developing and executing the local marketing strategy in line with the global vision.
Leading marketing plans, product launches, and re-launches.
Tracking and analyzing advertising campaign performance.
Managing marketing budgets and ensuring full alignment with brand identity.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
Working closely with regional teams abroad.
Coordinating with media agencies and preparing brand business previews.

Requirements:
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager (preferably in Retail beauty/fashion companies)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Consumer- and shopper-focused mindset
Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
Budget management experience
Winning mentality, results-driven, adaptable, and fast-moving
