Required Senior R&D Program Manager
Job Description
We are a Ground Transportation Solution with the mission to organize all the best mobility providers in one global platform with great UX - optimizing the entire experience from booking and riding to invoicing and analytics to save businesses time and money. We work with a third of the Fortune 500 companies and have over 17K active business customers across the world.
As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as helping shape the way teams are working in Agile.

Key responsibilities:
Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational projects, bridging Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
Drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and productivity.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile methodologies, proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, refining processes, and fostering deep collaboration between R&D, Product, and Operation teams.
Motivate and align cross-functional teams through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement, influencing effectively across all organizational levels.
Solve challenges and drive impactful outcomes independently.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO
Profound project management experience in the software industry
PMP Certification
Experience in Jira administration
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Strong presentation and communication skills
Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities
Lead without authority skills
Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD- advantage
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO
Profound project management experience in the software industry
PMP Certification
