We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management team and support the execution of complex, high-budget projects in the air defense sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an Industrial Engineering & Management graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, work alongside experienced Project Managers, and take part in large-scale defense projects from initiation through delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects throughout their full life cycle.
* Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, risks, and action items.
* Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
* Support the integration of business, administrative, financial, and technical aspects of the projects.
* Monitor project progress and assist in preparing status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
* Follow up on tasks and interfaces across different teams to ensure alignment with project plans and objectives.
* Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and gaps and support the implementation of appropriate solutions.
* Participate in customer and supplier meetings and support ongoing project communication.
* Work closely with experienced Project Managers and gain exposure to complex multidisciplinary defense projects.
* Travel within Israel as required for meetings with customers and suppliers.

* High level of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.
* Strong service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Good command of project management and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent English - written and verbal.
* Familiarity with software/technology environments - an advantage.
* Previous experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, or a technological environment - an advantage.
* Experience or familiarity with the defense sector - an advantage.
