CRM Lead

Were looking for a hands-on CRM Lead to own retention strategy and campaign execution across our game portfolio. In this role, youll plan push and email journeys, partner with Social for true 360 campaigns and leverage AI tools to automate operations and drive continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
Own and continuously evolve the CRM strategy, ensuring every campaign directly drives player engagement, retention, and revenue.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel push and email funnels across the entire player lifecycle.
Partner closely with Social, Monetization, and Product teams to drive 360 cross-channel campaigns, delivering an integrated player experience with clear performance lift.
Build dashboards and performance reports that transform raw campaign data into actionable strategic insights.
Lead continuous A/B testing on messaging, timing and segmentation, turning top performing experiments into scalable, repeatable playbooks.
Leverage modern AI tools to automate campaign briefs, copy/art variations, QA, and reporting, shifting time from operational execution to strategy.
Take full ownership of key performance metrics, consistently lifting engagement and retention above benchmarks.
