You will spearhead a complete overhaul of our visual identity, creating a compelling, human-centric design language that resonates deeply across the US market and beyond. We are looking for a storyteller who understands that design is a business lever; someone with a rock-solid graphic design background who sees beyond the layout. You understand that great art direction is the foundation for a brand that disrupts, engages, and endures. You will lead the charge in building a world-class creative culture, managing internal talent, contractors, and agencies to ensure every pixel and every word elevates our position as a leader defining the future of work.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years of creative leadership in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment.
Brand Marketing Partnership: Proven expertise in acting as a strategic partner to Brand Marketing leadership, with a demonstrated ability to align creative output with high-level business growth objectives.
Graphic Design Background: A strong foundation in hands-on graphic design, typography, and visual layout is required to lead, critique, and elevate our creative output.
Agency Management: Extensive experience partnering with external agencies, from onboarding and briefing to creative direction and performance oversight, to ensure global brand consistency and high-quality execution.
Portfolio: A world-class portfolio demonstrating mastery in brand identity, high-impact campaigns, and narrative storytelling.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and practical experience integrating AI video/design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney) into production workflows.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing and scaling creative teams in a matrixed, global organization.
Education: BA in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Masters preferred).
