We are looking for an enthusiastic RMA Specialist to join our team!
The essence of the role: responsible for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, commercial logistics return of products/exchange to the customer in accordance with company policy, while coordinating and communicating with the customer and the various departments.
Responsible the entire RMA lifecycle- from customer request to product delivery and return/exchange handling
Prepare quotations and process purchase orders in the ERP system
Coordinate between customers, logistics, sales, and production departments
Track schedules, monitor risks, and proactively resolve delays
Manage return budgets and monitor returned products in production
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and RMA cases
Provide ongoing process updates and ensure compliance with company procedures
Generate and analyze regular reports for management
Monitor and follow up on tasks within the Quality department
Assist in the preparation of activity summaries and performance reports
Support ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:
2 years of experience in international and domestic shipping/logistics
Up to 2 years of experience in the RMA field - an advantage
Technical background- previous experience in production and logistics environments is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (such as Priority, Salesforce)- an advantage
Fluent English and Hebrew- excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
