Sales Operation Team Leader

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Sales Operations leader to drive and optimize our end-to-end order-to-delivery process. This role combines team leadership, operational excellence, forecasting, reporting, and process ownership while working closely with sales, logistics, finance, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and actively participate in daily Sales Operations activities, including quotations, order management, bookings, shipments, and delivery execution.

Own and manage sales forecasting processes (bookings and revenue), identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities.

Lead and manage the Israel-based Sales Operations team while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across Salesforce and related systems.

Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.

Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.

Maintain operational policies, procedures, and training materials.

Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence across sales operations processes.

Lead Salesforce optimization and enhancement projects to support business growth.
