Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL server databases.
* Manage backups, recovery processes, upgrades, and patch installations.
* Monitor and optimize database performance.
* Troubleshoot connectivity, permissions, and infrastructure issues.
* Support production deployments and environment refreshes.
* Work closely with BI and development teams, including code reviews and best practice guidance.

* Proven hands-on experience with both Oracle and SQL server administration.
* Strong knowledge of Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, and database troubleshooting.
* Experience with Oracle data Guard and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
* Experience managing users, roles, permissions, and database security.
* Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment.
* Oracle RAC and SQL server Always On.
* PowerShell scripting.
* Azure / Cloud environments.
* SSIS, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Forms.
* Experience supporting BI environments.
