DRS RADA is a global pioneer of radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical and thermal management solutions for existing products and next-generation systems.
Design mechanical structures to withstand static and dynamic loads in accordance with military standards.
Lead product development from concept and requirements definition through mass production.
Provide ongoing engineering support for existing products, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Perform mechanical design using CAD and simulation tools, and conduct laboratory testing.
Design and build TEST fixtures and proof-of-concept (PoC) setups.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and electronic packaging/enclosure design.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, and enclosure design.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering and Electronics.
Hands-on experience with the assembly and testing of mechanical systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
Good command of English.
