We are looking for an Experienced Backend Engineer to join our Data Foundations team.

What Youll Do:
Dive into the heart of engineering core as a pivotal member of our team, dedicated to constructing the internal tools and services that are the cornerstone of our data-centric universe. Your role is at the intersection of innovation and collaboration, focusing on creating sophisticated solutions that streamline data versioning, enhance data processes, and facilitate seamless interactions across all data teams. In this team, you will be building the robust framework that enables all other teams to manage and leverage data with unprecedented efficiency and accuracy. Your contributions will not only improve our internal workflows but also amplify the impact of our data on client success.

Requirements:
A BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
4+ years of hands-on coding experience in C# and .NET.
A knack for understanding and solving complex data management challenges.
Experience improving stability of large-scale systems using monitoring, solving bottle-necks and making appropriate changes.
High coding standards, working independently and experience leading long term tech tasks involving many teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
An approachable, fun, and positive demeanor, making you a delightful teammate who brings not only expertise but also joy and camaraderie to the workplace. Being nice and fun to work with is as crucial to us as your technical skills.
