Hybrid work model: 2 days in Ramat Gan, 3 days working from home.
Own the finance function for a portfolio of startup clients.
Partner directly with founders and leadership teams.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Build scalable financial processes.
Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Leverage technology and AI to improve finance operations.

Big 4 internship or professional experience.
Experience in a CFO-as-a-Service / Outsourced Finance firm.
Experience supporting startup or high-tech companies.
Strong English.
Ownership, hands-on approach, and excellent analytical skills.
Nice to Have
US GAAP.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite / Priority / QuickBooks).
CPA.
Big 4 internship or professional experience.
Experience in a CFO-as-a-Service / Outsourced Finance firm.
Experience supporting startup or high-tech companies.
Strong English.
