We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships within the construction industry. In this role, you will work closely with customers, lead consultative sales efforts, and help expand our presence across assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
Manage outside face-to-face sales within assigned territories.
Build account development plans for customer hierarchies and strategic growth.
Work closely with the VP Sales to implement enterprise agreements.
Conduct consultative selling and customer solution presentations.
Lead in-person demonstrations of our technology solutions.
Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers on construction sites.
Collaborate with Product, Logistics, Credit, Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Success teams.
Represent Versatile at construction industry events and trade organizations.

Requirements:
3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in construction technology.
Experience developing and executing structured sales processes.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of construction workflows and technology adoption.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer relationships.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
