Required Legal Counsel
About The Role
The Legal Counsel reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as an in-house attorney to support the companys legal needs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to work on a variety of commercial agreements, including customers, vendors, service providers and partnership agreements, as well as handle privacy and AI-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate, draft and review various commercial agreements (procurement, licensing, sales, etc.).
Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies.
Address privacy and data protection matters pertaining to our business around the globe.
Provide legal advice and work closely with our marketing and sales divisions.
Remain abreast of legislative changes and adapt company policies to maintain compliance.

Requirements:
LLB (or equivalent degree) and current Bar admission (or equivalent registration);
4-7 years of extensive experience (after internship) working in a commercial or high-tech department of a leading law firm and as an in-house counsel (a MUST) ;
Demonstrates strong teamwork skills by actively collaborating with colleagues, and providing support to companys different stakeholders to ensure collective success in legal matters and projects;
Skillfully distinguishes critical legal issues from less significant ones, prioritizing tasks and resources efficiently to achieve optimal outcomes.
agreements and related legal documents, software license agreements, NDAs, and reseller/distribution agreements;
Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws in Israel and internationally including HIPAA - a strong advantage;
Experience working with AI tools; familiarity with AI-based tools - an advantage;
Super organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
Ability to work independently and own projects;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in English and Hebrew.
