Sr. Product Manager, Technology Alliances

In enterprise security, no product wins alone. Identity has become the critical framework linking cloud infrastructure, security applications, and automation. As organizations rapidly adopt AI agents and autonomous machine workflows, securing how these systems interact is the most critical challenge in modern technology.
As Senior Product Manager for Technology Alliances, you will define how the Idira platform connects with the broader enterprise technology ecosystem. Your primary mission is leading our AI and machine solution partnerships, driving horizontal strategy across the entire portfolio.
You will operate strategically across three ecosystem tracks: our internal engineering speedboat team, external partners building directly on our platform, and core product lines embedding integrations into their roadmaps. We are looking for a fast product builder who thrives in ambiguity, establishes cross-organizational alignment with ease, and makes excellent product calls.
Ecosystem Roadmap: Define product direction and author technical requirements for both internal engineering builds and external partner developers by translating signals from customers and the field into a prioritized integration backlog.
Market Research: Continuously evaluate the fast-moving AI, machine learning, and automated agent identity landscapes, identifying high-value technology trends and net-new integration opportunities.
Drive Technology Partnerships: Lead the product strategy for strategic technology alliances. Partner closely with the business development managers who own the business relationship.
Cross Functional Alignment: Partner with core product management leaders across the enterprise to synchronize roadmaps, delivery timelines, and launch plans, creating a unified strategy across all products.
Bring Integrations to Market: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product marketing to ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineers are fully equipped to position, demonstrate, and implement new integrations to drive customer adoption.
Measure Ecosystem Adoption: Own the framework for tracking how customers interact with our ecosystem. Monitor and analyze integration usage data, identify trends in customer adoption, and connect these product health insights directly to broader platform growth and retention goals.
