Were looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Operations & Project Management Lead to join our marketing team and help drive the execution of increasingly ambitious, multi-channel marketing activity.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex marketing work across TV, Meta, Google, influencers, newsletters, conferences, partnerships, content, and more. Youll be at the center of the teams execution rhythm, helping turn plans into clear timelines, tasks, owners, workflows, and follow-ups.
Youll work closely with internal teams and a wide network of external partners, vendors, agencies, creators, and service providers, making sure deadlines, approvals, contracts, invoices, deliverables, and dependencies all move forward smoothly.
You bring a strong project management mindset, a solid understanding of marketing workflows, and excellent communication skills. Youre sharp, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, great with people, and energized by creating order in a fast-moving environment.

What youll do:
Build and manage marketing timelines, workback plans, task boards, workflows, and project trackers.
Coordinate execution across multiple marketing initiatives, channels, internal teams, and external partners.
Run status meetings, capture decisions, clarify next steps, and follow up on open items.
Keep briefs, assets, approvals, feedback rounds, deliverables, and launch requirements organized.
Identify blockers, risks, delays, and dependencies early, and help move them toward resolution.
Coordinate day-to-day communication with agencies, creators, vendors, production partners, event suppliers, and other collaborators.
Manage contracts, invoices, payment tracking, procurement steps, and budget-related documentation with accuracy and follow-through.
Create repeatable templates, workflows, and documentation so the team can scale with less friction.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, content production, influencer marketing, social media, creative operations, or agency environments, with experience coordinating multiple workflows, timelines, and external partners.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines, collaborators, approvals, and moving pieces with precision.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows, social media, content production, influencer activity, paid media timelines, creative feedback cycles, and launch dependencies.
A social-native mindset and good feel for platform nuances, trends, formats, and the pace of modern content and marketing execution.
Experience working with external partners such as creators, agencies, freelancers, vendors, production partners, or event suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify next steps, document decisions, follow up effectively, and keep internal and external collaborators aligned.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through across contracts, invoices, deliverables, approvals, and operational documentation.
Practical, solution-oriented mindset, with a love for turning complexity into clear, manageable systems.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
