We are looking for a Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function from the ground up, partnering closely with leadership across all areas of the business in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Product Counsel:
al partner, providing pragmatic, business-oriented counsel to stakeholders across the company on commercial, product, and regulatory matters.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams on launches, partnerships, and new initiatives.
Provide practical, business-oriented guidance that balances risk with speed and execution.
Risk, Compliance, & Governance:
Lead and implement internal processes to manage and mitigate potential risks related to privacy, data security, and insurance policies.
Strategic Transactions & Intellectual Property:
Support strategic corporate activities, including fundraising, M&A, and ongoing IP initiatives (trademark, patent, etc.).
Legal Operations & Infrastructure:
Build, improve, and scale legal processes, templates, and playbooks to support the companys rapid growth.
Identify and initiate opportunities for internal legal education, training, and knowledge sharing.
Take ownership of key legal domains, proactively driving initiatives and managing all engagement with outside counsel.

Requirements:
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of post-bar commercial law experience from a leading law firm and/or in-house technology company.
Experience drafting and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements.
Hands-on experience advising on US and international privacy, data security, and compliance matters.
Proven track record in building and scaling legal infrastructure, processes, templates, and playbooks in a high-growth environment.
Experience managing corporate governance matters, including preparing board and shareholder resolutions and maintaining corporate records.
Highly effective collaborator and team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew - a must), known for being service-oriented and able to engage cross-functional team members.
Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies is a strong advantage.
Experience working with music publishers, licensing agreements, or media/content-related commercial partnerships is a strong advantage.
